DoubleHorn Joins Avaya DevConnect Program

DoubleHorn Communications, a managed communications and hosted IT and cloud services company, announced it has been selected by Avaya, a global provider of business collaboration systems, software and services, for membership as a Technology Partner in the Avaya DevConnect program.
According to a release, DoubleHorn is the developer of SIPedge, a hosted SIP trunk solution that can be automatically provisioned via the company's MyDoubleHorn.com customer portal. Via the portal, SIPedge includes reporting tools for quality monitoring, usage tracking and capacity planning, enabling smarter, more insightful management of the SIP trunk deployment to better manage costs and capacity. As a DevConnect Technology Partner, DoubleHorn expects to deliver interoperability of their solutions with Avaya's IP Office and Avaya Aura, so that small and medium sized companies can transform their unified communications infrastructure for greater collaboration across voice, video, email and instant messaging.
The Avaya DevConnect program promotes the development, compliance-testing and co-marketing of third-party solutions that are compatible with standards-based Avaya solutions. Member organizations have experience in a broad range of capabilities - spanning collaboration, management, analytics, reporting and communications-enabled business process applications.

Through the DevConnect program, the Company noted that Avaya provides companies with a range of technical education, access and support for many Avaya platforms and interfaces, often at no cost to Registered members. Technology Partners receive additional benefits in terms of in-depth, joint compliance testing activities and co-marketing support, based on their alignment with Avaya's strategy and value offered to Avaya customers.
