Digium Appoints Chief Financial Officer

HUNTSVILLE, Ala., Sept. 29, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Digium®, Inc., the Asterisk® Company, today announced Allen Dillard has joined the company as its chief financial officer (CFO). Dillard will work directly with Digium CEO Danny Windham to set and manage the company's financial strategy.

Dillard joins Digium from Mobular Technologies, where he served as CEO and managed the company's business strategy, sales and marketing, product management, finance and business operations. He led the sale of the company to Mediant Communications in 2013.

Prior to Mobular Technologies, Dillard served as corporate treasurer and investor relations director at Wolverine Tube, executive vice president and CFO at Phyve Corporation, and corporate vice president and CFO at Nichols Research Corporation. He earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
