[July 06, 2009] 'Deutsche Telekom appeals regulator's Bitstream order' Tweet Jul 06, 2009 (DMEUROPE via COMTEX) -- Deutsche Telekom has filed an appeal with a court in Cologne against an order from the regulator to submit its Bitstream fee proposals for approval, a company spokesperson told Reuters. Bitstream access allows rivals to offer customers phone and internet services over the Telekom network without having to book a Telekom line.
