Cybergy Holdings Announces Shareholder Conference Call for May 27th


Cybergy Holdings, Inc. (OTCQB: CYBG), the holding company of the Cybergy Partners family of innovative, technology-enabled companies that lead the way in cybersecurity, clean energy, smart grid, energy resilience, and business growth services, will host a shareholder conference call on Wednesday, May 27th, 2015 at 5:00PM Eastern Time.

Mark Gray, the CEO and Chairman of Cybergy Partners will give a presentation reviewing the company's financial results in the context of important recent developments. These include ongoing commercialization efforts involving the company's proprietary SmartFile electronic file tagging system to enhance cybersecurity and recent federal contract wins on the part of member company New West Technologies as well as the expected impact on revenue.
