CyberGrants, LLC ("CyberGrants"), a Waud Capital Partners Portfolio Company and leading provider of software-as-a-service (SaaS (News - Alert)) solutions for corporate social responsibility, today announced it has acquired JK Group, Inc. ("JK Group" or "JK"), a portfolio company of Susquehanna Growth Equity.

JK Group is one of the most well-established and well-known providers of employee giving, volunteering and other engagement solutions to corporations, counting a significant number of Fortune 1000 and Global 3000 organizations as clients. Founded in 1989 as an outsourcing firm for Matching Gift programs, JK Group is currently an end-to-end solutions provider of software and value-added services for a wide range of philanthropic programs, including Matching Gifts, Employee Giving Campaigns, Volunteer Management, Disaster Relief, PAC matching and Grants Management.

"JK Group is a terrific fit for CyberGrants," said Mark Layden, CyberGrants CEO. "JK invented employee giving and matching gifts and CyberGrants was the first to bring this concept to the internet. Our technology allows us to accommodate the most complex solutions and enables our customers to manage unique programs for their employees. We recently launched our next generation of Employee Engagement software and our clients have given it high marks for its aesthetic appeal and user-friendly customizaton capabilities. We are maintaining all of the JK Group's current solutions and plan to make it as frictionless as possible for JK clients to take advantage of CyberGrants software if they so choose."

The merger will make CyberGrants the world's largest single-platform provider of Grants Management and Employee Engagement software. "This merger will allow us to further invest in technology and R&D to better meet our clients' growing needs. The combination of CyberGrants' technology and JK Group's history and knowhow will allow us to better serve our philanthropic clients. The breadth and depth of our integrated client base, nearly 500 clients across all industries, will also allow for better benchmarking, something that's increasingly important to our clients as they look for ways to measure the impact of their respective programs" Layden continued.

"Our mission is to provide innovative software and services in the most secure and efficient way. We connect the world's givers to those who can benefit from them most," said Layden. "Together with our clients, we put an incredible amount of goodness out into the world and now, with our new partnership, that impact will be more meaningful, providing additional dollars, in-kind donations and volunteer hours."
