[February 10, 2010] CSR launches new Bluetooth chip with audio processing capabilities Tweet (Telecomworldwire Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Communications silicon developer CSR (LSE: CSR) announced today the CSR7810 single chip product incorporating both a Bluetooth radio and an embedded audio processing platform. The company said the chip is designed to be incorporated into mobile handsets and uses noise cancelling technology to reduce interference from the environment while reducing manufacturing costs. Existing handset designs that incorporate a CSR Bluetooth device can be easily upgraded to CSR7810 and benefit from noise cancellation. Pricing and production schedules were not disclosed.
