CSG International Wins Internet Telephony Award

CSG Systems International, Inc., a provider of software and services-based business support solutions, has won a 2012 Internet Telephony BSS/OSS Excellence Award for the company's Enhanced Sales Edition solution.
According to a release, the editors of Internet Telephony selected the winning organizations based on how the business support systems and operations support systems contributed to the success of their clients' businesses or created exceptional systems for supporting internal network operations or customer support solutions.
