The Art Technology Group (ATG) commerce suite is an e-commerce platform that drives every phase of a personalized online shopping experience. Additionally, Corel will implement ATG commerce service center, a contact center application integrating e-commerce functionality with back-end order administration, sales support and customer care features, said ATG.
