I have been in the industry for past 4 years and in the SME segment less than 30% market is with established players. The technology market is segmented into to two categories: Those coming from Dialogic (News - Alert) world and those of the SIP world. A few solutions that sell well in this market are Parsec, DACX Contact Center Suite, Cube, Telesynergy. (Atleast 60% of the SME market is between these players) There are a lot many asterisk based Vicidial variants but they are still naive because of dependency on Asterisk (News - Alert) only.
