Constellation West Promotes Jeff Ondris to Vice President of Federal Civilian Affairs

Constellation West, a leading provider of mission-critical technology solutions for the U.S. government and one of the fastest-growing service-disabled veteran-owned, women-owned, small disadvantaged businesses in the country, announced today it has promoted Jeff Ondris to vice president of federal civilian affairs. In this role, his new responsibilities include leadership of the business development team, enhancing pipeline development, and performing overall strategic planning and account management.

Ondris has held the role of eastern region director with Constellation West for the past year, and has been responsible for full capture and proposal execution for all programs across a number of federal sectors. In his new position as vice president of federal civilian affairs, Ondris sys his goal for the next year is to establish new business relationships in federal civilian and commercial markets in cybersecurity and IT integration and support. He also plans to enhance marketing efforts to showcase unique services offered by Constellation West.

Ondris has more than 20 years of experience in facilitating success through effective team management, increasing efficiencies, improving customer service levels, and implementing and maintaining IT initiatives. His career includes a strong series of top-level management positions at industry-leading firms, including serving as a senior associate at Booz Allen Hamilton (News - Alert), where he managed more than $200 million in contracts for the IRS. He was also senior manager of the Enterprise Solutions Group at BearingPoint, where he led projects with the FDIC, Veterans Administration, Motorola Inc., United Parcel Service, About.com, University Hospitals Health Systems, Cablevision Systems (News - Alert) and other notable companies.

Ondris holds a Bachelor of Science in computer science from CUNY Queens College and a Bachelor of Science in atmospheric science/meteorology from Stony Brook University.
