ClustrixDB was built from the ground up to scale out easily in both cloud environments and the datacenter. It is a shared-nothing clustered scale-out MySQL-compatible relational database designed for simple, easy scaling without sharding or use of master/slave configurations. A base configuration is a three-node ClustrixDB cluster. ClustrixDB scales both writes and reads with the addition of each additional node. It rovides high availability and is easily administered by a MySQL DBA.
