Clear C2 Receives ISM 2013 Top 15 CRM Software Award


May 24, 2013 (Close-Up Media via COMTEX) -- Clear C2 announced that its C2CRM was selected by ISM, Customer-Centric Business Strategic Advisors, as a Top 15 CRM for both Enterprise and Small & Medium Business Software Awards for 2013.

According to a release, this is the ninth time that ISM has selected Clear C2, Inc. to its Top 15 Award roster and the eighth consecutive year that C2CRM was recognized as a Top 15 award winner in both categories. The awards are divided into two categories: Enterprise, and Small & Medium Business (SMB)-to reflect the multiplicity of the CRM marketplace.

Clear C2 said C2CRM was chosen after intensive testing by the ISM Software Lab at its Bethesda, Md.-based headquarters. Each package was rated according to 208 selection criteria, including 99 business functions, 48 technical features, 34 implementation capabilities, 10 real time criteria and 17 user-support features.
