China Fiber Optic (03777) places 291m shares for HK$680m [ET Net News (China)](ET Net News (China) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) [ET Net News Agency, 28 August 2014] China Fiber Optic Network System Group (03777) said it agreed to place 291 million shares at HK$2.42 apiece, representing a discount of about 7.98% to the closing price of HK$2.63. The placing shares represent around 16.67% of the enlarged issued share capital of China Fiber Optic.
