Cheetah Mobile Sues APUS Group for Defamation, Trade Libel, Copyright Infringement, Trademark Dilution, False Advertising, and Unfair CompetitionBEIJING, May 28, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Today, Cheetah Mobile Inc. (NYSE: CMCM) filed a complaint in federal court in Northern District of California (Case No. 3:15-cv-02363) against APUS Group for defamation, trade libel, copyright infringement, federal and state trademark dilution, false advertising, and unfair competition, intentional interference with prospective economic advantage, and intentional interference with contract.
