Central Logic Enhances Customer Service with New Executive Appointments

Central Logic, the healthcare industry's leading provider of innovative transfer center and on-call scheduling technology solutions, is pleased to announce enhancements to its focus on customer service, innovation and technology with new roles for three top executives.

Ryan Larsen, Central Logic co-founder, becomes the company's chief customer officer. This new role combines his two strengths and passions: developing and enabling products and services, and focusing on building long-lasting relationships with existing customers and purposefully seeking out new ones. Larsen previously led other departments at the company including partnerships, technology, finances, human resources, and legal. He was chief operating officer at Persona and currently serves as the chairman of the Utah/Nevada Community Leadership Board for the American Diabetes Association.

Scott Jordan, also a Central Logic co-founder, becomes chief innovation officer, a role uniquely suited to his ability to invent and revolutionize solutions to creatively help clients solve problems. A sought-after and respected industry expert, Jordan has helped hospitals across the country discover and implement best practices or transfer centers, physician on-call scheduling, capacity management, and call center management. Previously he was an executive at the University of Utah Hospital and at Amazon.com (News - Alert).

Greg Wiggins has been named chief technology officer and brings 22 years of software engineering experience in both desktop and hosted applications, giving Central Logic unprecedented access to his background and expertise. He's held a variety of positions including developer, manager, director, VP, and CTO at companies such as WordPerfect, Novell, Corel, Altiris, Symantec, and Allegiance (News - Alert). Additionally, Wiggins has managed partnership development projects in companies such as Netscape, Dell and HP.

"The new roles for Ryan, Scott, and Greg put us in an extraordinary position to start 2016 with an even higher level of service to support exciting new products being developed to create meaningful results for our existing and future customers," said Jennifer Holmes, Central Logic President and CEO. "Central Logic has a long history of setting industry standards for solutions that address pain points of hospitals. We are excited to continue to serve our customers by providing greater visibility with actionable data that will provide positive clinical and financial outcomes."

The management changes take place immediately.
