CCI ORDERS NEW PROBE AGAINST JP ASSOCIATES(Indian Business Insight Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) The Competition Commission of India (CCI) has ordered fresh probe against Jaiprakash (JP) Associates Ltd for alleged unfair business practices. According to CCI, JP Associates has imposed unreasonable conditions on buyers at one of its projects. The move of CCI follows a complaint by a buyer at the company's Kensington Park at Jaypee Greens residential project in Noida. |
