Castleton Technology To Appoint Haywood Chapman As Finance Director(Alliance News Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) LONDON (Alliance News) - Castleton Technology PLC said Wednesday that it will appoint Haywood Chapman as finance director starting December 1, replacing interim Finance Director Spencer Dredge. Chapman was most recently group financial controller of data centre company Infinity SDC Ltd, and prior to that held senior finance positions at Northgate Information Solutions Ltd. Dredge will remain with the company as a consultant to allow a smooth handover. Additionally, the company appointed Phil Kelly as a senior independent non-executive director, replacing Richard Ramsay who is stepping down.
