CariClub Expands Innovative Platform to Connect Millennials and their Employers with More than 1,000 Non-Profit Organizations

In response to one of the most pressing issues facing CEOs and businesses in every industry, CariClub has officially launched its online platform to connect young professionals with more than 1,000 non-profit organizations, and has announced several clients have signed up for its professional network.

CariClub (www.cariclub.com) was created by millennials for millennials to solve one of the biggest challenges facing companies: attract and retain the workforce of the future. Its initial clients span financial services, consulting, legal, and technology sectors and include Citi, KKR, Davis Polk, and PJT Partners, among others.

"With our innovative platform, CariClub sits at the intersection of corporate citizenship and professional networking and is changing the relationship between millennials and their employers," said CEO Rhoden Monrose. "As a millennial, I know that my peers are passionate about 'giving back' and expect their employers to commit to this mission too. They now have that opportunity."

Initially launched for the New York City market, CariClub has recently expanded its network into San Francisco and is planning launching in Chicago, Boston, DC, and LA this fall.

According to a recent World Ecnomic Forum's Global Shapers 2017 report (http://www.shaperssurvey2017.org/) of almost 25,000 people aged between 18 and 35 from 186 countries and territories, more than 40% of young people think sense of purpose/impact on society is one of the most important criteria when considering a career opportunity.

CariClub is solving that problem by connecting millennial employees with non-profit organizations. An employee benefit, its platform uses algorithms to connect millennials to the causes they care about, serve on associate boards, and impact local communities. Thus far, more than 1,500 millennials are members in NYC and San Francisco.

To celebrate its growth and expansion CariClub recently hosted an event in New York with many partners, non-profits, customers, and future leaders; the highlights can be viewed here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ylt9K1ywcSY
