CareView Communications, Inc. Signs Large Hospital Division under Group Purchasing Agreement


CareView Communications, Inc. ("CareView" or the "Company") (OTCQB: CRVW), an information technology provider to the healthcare industry, announced the signing of another large member hospital group under its recently announced GPO agreement. The purchase agreement covers the 13 hospitals in the eastern division of the hospital group that has an aggregated count of approximately 3,600 beds. CareView anticipates that installations will begin within 60 days and will likely include a majority of the products and services it offers.

Under the GPO agreement, exclusive members can purchase all components of the Company's CareView System® video monitoring, archival and patient care documentation systems, and patient entertainment services. The GPO's exclusive membership covers the more than 1,600 acute care facilities and more than 26,000 health facility locations.
