CareTech Solutions to Showcase Industry Leading Outsourced Services at HIMSS 2013

WHAT:

CareTech Solutions, an information technology (IT) and Web products
and services provider for more than 200 hospitals, today announced
it will showcase its outsourced IT services, including its clinical
help desk offering, Service Desk™ , at the upcoming Healthcare
Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS) 2013 Annual
Conference & Exhibition. At the conference, CareTech will also
launch a new, first-of-its-kind, IT monitoring service.
Additionally, two CareTech clients, Detroit Medical Center (DMC),
the largest healthcare provider in southeast Michigan, and Cancer
Treatment Centers of America (CTCA), a national network of fully
accredited cancer hospitals, were selected to present an education
session, titled, "Is It Time for a Clinical Help Desk " This case
study describes how DMC and CTCA used CareTech's advanced help desk
support to improve clinical information system adoption and
physician satisfaction. All visitors to CareTech's booth will
receive a donation to the charity of their choice from CareTech.
