Brits hurt in attacks(Daily Record Via Thomson Dialog NewsEdge)SEVEN British soldiers suffered minor injuries in explosions in Afghanistan and Iraq yesterday. Three were hurt when a man drove a booby trapped station wagon into a military convoy at Lashka Gar in southern Afghanistan. And four were injured when a white pick-up driven by a suicide bomber exploded as a multinational patrol passed in Shaibah, near Basra. Two Iraqi civilians were killed and one was wounded in the attack. |
