"With Will's experience in Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement Implementation he will be a crucial element in the further expansion of Voyager Industries," said Jon Boutain, Chief Financial Officer of Voyager Industries. "He will be a great addition to our team and we are excited to have him." Tarczon earned his Bachelors from Illinois State University and has spent the last 20 years working his way up the ranks in various manufacturing industries.
