BRIEF: S.J. Giants 11, Modesto 5

Jun 14, 2009 (San Jose Mercury News - McClatchy-Tribune Information Services via COMTEX) -- S.J. GIANTS 11, MODESTO 5 David Maroul hit a three-run home run as San Jose completed a three-game sweep of the Nuts on Sunday at Municipal Stadium. Thomas Neal had a double, a triple and a homer in five at-bats for the Giants, and Buster Posey also went 3 for 5.
