BRIEF: N.D. rest areas to get wireless Internet: The North Dakota Department of Transportation is providing wireless Internet for public use at 14 visitors' centers/rest areas along Interstates 29 and 94 and other major roadways in North Dakota.

The North Dakota Department of Transportation is providing wireless Internet for public use at 14 visitors' centers/rest areas along Interstates 29 and 94 and other major roadways in North Dakota.
No login name, password or cost is involved. Signs will be posted inside visitors' centers/rest areas to inform the public of the WiFi service and direct them to statewide information.
The rest areas include the Crary/Heftie rest area east of Devils Lake and on I-29:
- Alexander Henry visitors' center north of Grand Forks.
- Elm River visitors' centers north of Fargo.
- Lake Agassiz visitor's center south of Wahpeton.
