A 27-year-old man was stabbed in the side and the back Saturday, March 31, while working at Hibachi Grill in West St. Paul.
It is still unclear what circumstances led up to the stabbing, Lt. Brian Sturgeon said. No arrests have been made.
West St. Paul police were made aware of the incident while the victim was being treated at Regions. He was in stable condition Sunday and awaiting additional surgeries, Sturgeon said.
A woman who answered the phone at the Robert Street restaurant on Monday and who said she was the owner declined to comment.
