BRIEF: Jacksonville man arrested nude photos were taken of child he baby-satMar 29, 2013 (The Florida Times-Union - McClatchy-Tribune Information Services via COMTEX) -- A Jacksonville man is in jail charged with production of child pornography after sexually explicit photos were taken of a child under his care. James Daniel Kasper, 29, was arrested March 20 following a joint Tennessee Bureau of Investigation and FBI probe into trading child porn, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office. The investigation showed email and IP addresses linked to Kasper's home had transmitted sexually explicit images of minors. While Kasper was baby-sitting, his smart phone was used to photograph the child's privates. The images were then uploaded to a website and sent via e-mail, the U.S. Attorney's Office said.
