BRIEF: Heller is appointed business manager [The Daily Review, Towanda, Pa.](Daily Review (Towanda, PA) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Oct. 22--At a special meeting earlier this week of the Wyalusing Area School Board, Stephanie L. Heller was appointed as the business manager of the Wyalusing Area School District, the superintendent of schools said. Heller's appointment is effective Nov. 4, said schools Superintendent Chester Mummau. Heller is an alumna of Wyalusing Valley High School, and she earned her B.S. degree from Bloomsburg University in Accounting. She has over 18 years' experience in private business and currently serves as a supervisor in the business office of Frontier Communications in Dallas, Pa.
