BRIEF: Court dockets provide additional online data: Warrants and rulings can be read in some instances.
Nov 23, 2009 (Tulsa World - McClatchy-Tribune Information Services via COMTEX) --
In addition to searching the Tulsa World's database of disciplined doctors and the Oklahoma Board of Medical Supervision and Licensure's Web site, tulsaworld.com/okmedicalboard , the public has another tool to help find information on potential practitioners.
The Oklahoma State Courts Network, tulsaworld.com/oscn , allows readers to search court dockets for the entire state. In some instances, the site lets readers view specific documents, such as warrants, affidavits and court rulings.
Here's how to search OSCN:
--Go to tulsaworld.com/oscn
--Click "court dockets" on the top information bar
--If a case number is known, enter it in the box on the left along with the county or type of court
--If a case number is unknown, click "search dockets" on the left
--Enter the person's name you wish to search
--Instead of a name, you could also enter a keyword such as "hospital" in the last name field
--Click enter
--To narrow the search, select the type of court, case or location
--For additional
search tips, click "help" on the information bar, then click "court dockets."
