[December 02, 2008] BRIEF: Computer store robbed and vandalized Tweet Dec 02, 2008 (The Sun News - McClatchy-Tribune Information Services via COMTEX) -- Myrtle Beach police are looking for robbers who pried open the back door of a computer store and stole and destroyed numerous computers. Police responded to a back door alarm at T-Rex computers at 3901 N. Kings Highway about 2:30 a.m. Tuesday morning. According to a police report there were computer keyboards and equipment broken and scattered on the floor. When the owner arrived, he told police that his server had been stolen, his laptop in his office had been thrown on the floor and smashed, several computers were missing from the showroom as well as several computers that employees had been working on. The owner said he had set the alarm and locked the doors about 11:30 p.m. He said he did not have an exact count of what had been stolen or broken.
