Brewin Dolphin Takes Charge After Opting Against Software Roll Out(Alliance News Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) LONDON (Alliance News) - Brewin Dolphin Holdings PLC Friday said it will incur a one-off GBP2 million exceptional charge in the second-half 2014 relating to the termination of the roll-out of a new IT system in its discretionary wealth business. It said all negotiations have now concluded in relation to the outstanding contractual obligations regarding potential future payments of GBP15 million over the next ten years. "All parties have agreed to a full and final settlement in respect of these outstanding obligations and, accordingly, Brewin Dolphin will incur a one off GBP2 million exceptional charge in the second half of 2014," the company said.
