Bovis Homes Finance Director Jonathan Hill To Resign And Join Saga Plc(dpa-AFX International Compact Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) LONDON (dpa-AFX) - Bovis Homes Group Plc (BVS.L) announced that Group Finance Director, Jonathan Hill, would resign from the board and leave the firm, to enable him to take up a new position. The leaving date is yet to be determined through mutual agreement between the board and Jonathan, considering his contractual notice period of 12 months. Meanwhile, Jonathan would be joining SAGA plc (SAGA.L) as Chief Financial Officer Designate. The recruitment process for a new Group Finance Director would begin immediately.
