Bode Technology acquires Chromosomal Laboratories

Feb 14, 2012 (Datamonitor Financial Deals Tracker via COMTEX) -- The Bode Technology Group, Inc., a provider of forensic DNA services, has acquired Chromosomal Laboratories, Inc., an analytical laboratory specializing in DNA analysis for forensic casework, convicted offender databasing, paternity, family reconstruction, ancestry, and research and development. Both companies are based in the US.


Bode Technology is a wholly-owned subsidiaries of SolutionPoint International, Inc.
