AT&T, Comcast, Others Join TIA as it Strengthens Presence in Evolving Tech and Communications IndustryThe Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA (News - Alert)), the leading association representing the manufacturers and suppliers of high-tech communications networks, today announced that the TIA Board of Directors has approved eight companies as new members, including the addition of AT&T and Comcast (News - Alert). The approval of these new members follows the appointment of Scott Belcher as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) late last year, along with the addition of a new CTO, Senior VP of Government Affairs, and Senior VP and Counsel.
