Phelps joined Scott & Goble in 2005. She has more than 10 years of experience in marketing and retail architecture.
Education
Brown Mackie College in Tulsa has named Don Morrow as dean of academic affairs.
Morrow has worked in post-secondary education for more than 14 years, serving in department head, director and adjunct instructor positions at colleges in Missouri and Oklahoma.
Also, Jamie Seaver has been named senior director of admissions. Seaver previously served in various admission director positions at Brown Mackie College-Fort Wayne (Ind.) and Brown Mackie College-Cincinnati.
And Michelle Patterson has been named senior financial aid officer. Patterson has worked in financial aid and human resources positions for more than 10 years. She previously served as office assistant at DCH Financial Services Inc., and held positions at Youth Services of Tulsa and Rogers State University in Claremore.
Financial
Chase has named Jennifer Kalvaitis as vice president in its Tulsa office.
Kalvaitis previously worked as a vice
president in Chase's Detroit office, where she specialized in international financial products including trade, foreign exchange and specialty lending programs.
She has worked at Chase for 11 years, and previously worked for manufacturing, distribution and service firms.
Grant Thornton LLP has named Ray Fossett and Brian Trimble as members.
Fossett was promoted to partner and tax practice leader. He has more than 15 years of tax experience, working in the energy, telecommunications and manufacturing industries.
Fossett has worked extensively with public corporations and partnerships, assisting clients with merger and acquisition transactions, reorganization and structural planning.
Trimble was promoted to partner in the audit department. He has more than 10 years public accounting experience, working in manufacturing and distribution, technology, energy and transportation industries.
Trimble also has extensive SEC experience, and has performed financial due diligence work related to mergers and acquisitions, internal controls reviews, and employee benefit plan audits.
F&M Bank and Trust Co. has promoted Mike McCrory to second vice president-personal lending.
McCrory previously served as a collection manager.
Also, Neal Tomlins has been named senior executive vice president-general counsel.
Tomlins previously served as senior vice president-general counsel.
Also, Amy Cavallin has been named vice president-banking officer.
And William Shaffer has been named vice president-commercial lending.
Food Services
Rib Crib BBQ & Grill has promoted Mike Bannister to manager of talent development.
Bannister joined Tulsa-based Rib Crib in 2001 as a training general manager. He previously worked for a regional quick-service restaurant chain in Tulsa.
Manufacturing
Dancing Bear Ingredients LLC has promoted Jon E. "Jed" Dreisker as vice president and general manager.
Dreisker previously served as director of Asian operations, based in Tokyo. He will be based in the company's Bartlesville headquarters.
Organizations
American Bar Association has named Dwight L. Smith as chairman of its Standing Committee on Public Education.
This is Smith's third term as chairman.
The committee promotes public understanding of law and its role in society, and oversees the work of the ABA's Division for Public Education.
Smith has a law practice in Tulsa.
Technology
MacroSolve Inc. has named April Sailsbury as strategic marketing manager.
Sailsbury previously worked as promotions director at the Journal Broadcast Group's Tulsa operations. She has more than eight years of marketing experience.
Denise McIntosh has been named product marketing manager for MacroSolve. McIntosh previously worked for Williams Cos., WilTel Communications and Vyvx, and has more than 10 years of marketing experience.
Jim Meyer has been named sales director at Anyware, a division of MacroSolve. Meyer previously worked for McCormack and Dodge, Andersen Consulting and Viking Software Services. Meyer has 19 years of experience in sales and sales management.
And Shawn Sicking has been promoted to product manager at Anyware.
Sicking joined the company in August 2006 as a mobile sales executive. He previously worked for Ustman, Dovetail and Statsoft, and has 14 years of experience in software sales and marketing.
