Craig has agreed to be available for a further three months so that the change of this important role in the Company is achieved efficiently. Craig has been an integral part of the Company since its incorporation in 2007 and successful IPO in later that year. We have benefited greatly from his depth of industry experience and his strategic, systematic approach to corporate affairs.
