Craig has agreed to be available for a further three months so that the change of this important role in the Company is achieved efficiently.

Craig has been an integral part of the Company since its incorporation in 2007 and successful IPO in later that year. We have benefited greatly from his depth of industry experience and his strategic, systematic approach to corporate affairs. The Directors thank Craig for his valued contribution to the Company over the years, and along with the staff wish him well in his retirement.


Archer Exploration Limited advises that Damien Connor has been appointed Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer, effective 1st August 2014.

Damien has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants since 2002 and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Damien has been employed in the resources sector since 2005 and also provides Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer services to two other ASX-listed entities.
