Cytochroma, of Markham, Ontario, appointed R. Richard Wieland II chief financial officer.

Dyax Corp., of Cambridge, Mass., named Mark J. Sawyer as senior vice president of process sciences and technical operations.

iCAD Inc., of Nashua, N.H., named Anthony F. Ecock to its board.



Meditor Pharmaceuticals Ltd., of Rehovot, Israel, named Arie Schachner as a senior medical advisor.

Novadaq Technologies Inc., of Toronto, named John T. Reidy as chief financial officer, Roger Deck, current CFO, will move to a senior business management role.
