Awarded the 2005 Lifetime Achievement Award from the Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA) for her impact on fashion, she serves as CFDA president. Stefani Greenfield opened the first Scoop store in New York City in 1996, pioneering the "one-stop shopping" concept. Scoop NYC, "The Ultimate Closet," was an immediate success and has evolved into a mini-fashion empire, including its own brand and online sales operation.
