AMERICOM Government Services Signs Agreement to Acquire AOS, Inc.MCLEAN, Va. --(Business Wire)-- Satellite solutions provider AMERICOM Government Services (AGS) announced today that it has signed an agreement to acquire AOS, Inc., engineers of secure telecommunications technologies and global network mobility. Upon completing this transaction, AOS, Inc. will be integrated as a division of AGS.
