American Software's Board Approves the Quarterly Cash Dividend
American Software, Inc. (NASDAQ: AMSWA) today announced that its Board
of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $.11 per share. The
dividend is payable to the Class A and Class B Common Shareholders of
record at the close of business on May 11, 2018. The dividend will be
paid on or about May 25, 2018.
