The company said that the deployed solution will provide The Greensheet with a single site solution that supports over 100 call centre agents and 200 telephones distributed across five cities. The system permits automatic recording of all calls and provides detailed reporting of all call routing and activity. It can also facilitate home working under some circumstances.
