AlphaCipher Forms Vadium Federal Services to Serve the US Government Market


AlphaCipher Acquisition Corporation (the "Company"), the leading provider of digital privacy, security and trust solutions, today announced it has formed Vadium Federal Services, LLC ("VFS"), a wholly owned subsidiary in the Commonwealth of Virginia. VFS will be Vadium's exclusive business entity for Vadium's business activities and operations with agencies and departments of the United States Federal Government. Vadium will license its entire intellectual property and commercial product portfolio to VFS, which will in turn leverage Vadium's intellectual property, products, and solutions to deliver highly targeted customer-specific solutions that enable privacy, security and trust solutions for United States government agencies and departments.

In addition to the formation of VFS, Vadium is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. John Graczyk as Director of Federal Government Business Development. Mr. Graczyk began his career with more than 20 years of service as a Communications Officer in the U.S. Marine Corps and has spent the remainder of his career consulting in the areas of homeland defense, national security and disaster response. Mr. Graczyk will work closely with Wolfgang Hammersmith, the Company's Senior Vice President for Advanced Research, Security and Sovereign Government Relations, to drive Vadium business growth in the federal marketplace and deliver AlphaCipher technoloy solutions that will enable privacy, security and trust to federal government customers.

Mr. Graczyk, Director of Federal Government Business Development, is charged with driving business growth in the Federal marketplace, and identifying customer requirements for product development/improvement. Mr. Graczyk retired from the U.S. Marine Corps after more than 20 years as a Communications Officer serving in various positions of increased responsibility at the strategic, operational and tactical levels. After retiring from the U.S. Marine Corps, Mr. Graczyk spent the past 13 years consulting in the areas of homeland defense, national security and disaster response. In this capacity, he guided the identification, prioritization and protection of critical DOD networks and space assets. He developed strategic level benchmarks for information assurance, cybersecurity and critical communication infrastructure that were used in DOD vulnerability assessments for protecting key Information and assets from terrorist attacks, man-made threats and natural disasters. He has extensive experience in coordinating communications infrastructure planning and inclusion into national level concept documents for protecting the global information grid, ensuring that both physical and virtual protection plans were integrated in order to attain overall mission assurance. He developed information technology requirements, systems analysis and fielding strategies for the implantation of DOD identity management/biometric solutions for US Northern Command and DOD installations. Mr. Graczyk graduated with a B.A. from The Citadel and received his Master's degree in Space Systems Management from Webster University.
