Alorica Hiring in El Paso - Targeting Displaced Call Center Employees

EL PASO, Texas --(Business Wire)--

Alorica (www.alorica.com), a leading provider of customer management outsourcing solutions, announced today they are adding a new client in their El Paso Contact Center and growing existing client business housed in the site as well. This means hundreds of call center jobs are available immediately. Alorica is hosting a series of job fairs to fuel the hiring efforts. The majority of openings are for inbound customer service representative positions but management and some support positions will also be hired to support the growth.

"With the recent announcement of other call center companies laying off employees, our hiring news couldn't come at a better time," said Stanton Dumin, Vice President Talent Acquisition for Alorica. "We have training classes starting weekly through September and we want to talk to those displaced workers now at our job fair to get them scheduled to start in an upcoming training class. This will give them the peace of mind knowing they have a job after their layoff date," added Dumin.

Paid (News - Alert) training classes begin immediately and start on a weekly basis. Day, evening and weekend shifts are available. Customer service experience is required and a high school diploma or GED. Alorica offers benefits including 401k plan and tuition assistance.
