The Central America location will support expanding work for an existing client, a leading provider of television entertainment services. Assisting Stacy in operational duties is industry veteran, Jeppesen, who is fluent in Spanish and has more than 23 years of call center experience. Alorica is actively seeking potential candidates local to San Pedro Sula for positions in customer service, support and management. Applicants should have familiarity with computers, be proficient in English and Spanish, 18 years of age or older, and a high school diploma. The company is holding a local career fair next week.
