[November 16, 2009] Advanced Computer buys Healthy Software for GBP900,000 Tweet (M&A Navigator Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) British software and IT services provider Advanced Computer Software (LON:ASW) said Monday it has acquired Derby-based Healthy Software (HSL) for GBP900,000 (USD1.5m/EUR1m) in cash and stock plus payment of shareholder loans. The acquisition will complement ACS's solutions and enhance both companies' main products, Advanced Computer Software said in a statement. The purchase price will be paid with GBP288,163 in cash, the settlement of shareholder loans and the issue of 1,616,971 ACS shares. HSL's annual sales exceed GBP1m, while EBIT totals GBP100,000.
