Advanced Biological Laboratories (ABL) and Roche Diagnostics International Renew and Extend their Collaboration Agreement to Promote their Next-Generation Sequencing, Genotyping and Drug Resistance Products


LUXEMBOURG --(Business Wire)--

Advanced Biological Laboratories (ABL) today announced the renewal of a non-exclusive collaboration agreement with Roche Diagnostics International for Europe, Middle East, Africa (EMEA) and Latin America (LATAM) territories.

This collaboration agreement is intended to develop a strategy to promote ABL products especially its next-generation sequencing platform DeepChek® together with Roche's next generation sequencing systems (GS Junior and GS FLX+ Sequencing Systems) for molecular virology. The principal objectives of the collaboration are to provide our mutual customers with integrated sequencing and analysis systems delivering the required quality, sensitivity and meaningful genotyping and drug resistance reporting for personalized healthcare.

The collaboration has been extended from HIV to viral hepatitis B and C.
