Addison, Texas, Signs Multi-Solution Agreement with Tyler TechnologiesTyler Technologies (News - Alert), Inc. (NYSE: TYL) has signed a contract with the town of Addison, Texas, for an integrated suite of Tyler software solutions. The agreement includes related professional services, training and support. The town wanted a solution tailored for the public sector with a track record of helping local governments increase productivity, efficiency and accuracy. After a competitive review to find an integrated solution from a single vendor, Addison selected Tyler's Munis® enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, Incode® court case management solution, and EnerGov™ planning, regulatory and maintenance platform. Tyler was chosen because Addison's leaders saw that Tyler's solutions can expand e-government services for residents and businesses, while helping the town better serve its constituents with the support of innovative technology. Addison selected multiple Tyler products to meet business objectives. Purchased Munis modules include financial management, human capital management and citizen self-service applications. Tyler's Incode municipal court system will provide services including criminal case management functionality and warrant scheduling capabilities. With Tyler's EnerGov platform, Addison will have an enterprisewide solution for permitting, land management, licensing and regulatory functions.
