Adapt Telephony Services Wins Interactive Intelligence Conquest Award

Interactive Intelligence has honored Adapt Telephony Services, a reseller and systems integrator of the vendor's unified IP business communications solutions, with its annual 2013 Conquest Award.
According to a release on June 7, the Company noted details of the Award:
The Conquest Award is given to the Interactive Intelligence reseller that has signed the most new contact center and enterprise customers during the award evaluation period.
It is the ninth consecutive time that Adapt has won the Interactive Intelligence Conquest Award. Competing for the Conquest Award each year are approximately 200 North American Interactive Intelligence resellers.
During the Conquest Award evaluation period of July 1, 2011 through June 30, 2012, Adapt signed a total of 18 new contact center and enterprise customers. These organizations purchased Customer Interaction Center (CIC), the Interactive Intelligence all-in-one IP communications software suite.
Additionally, Adapt noted that it was presented with the vendor's Pace Setter, North America Award for generating the most North American sales revenue from Interactive Intelligence software and services. Adapt has received the Pace Setter award four consecutive years and earlier in 2013 was honored through its third consecutive Worldwide Partner of the Year award.
Both awards were presented last month in Indianapolis during Interactions 2013, Interactive's annual global conference for resellers and customers.
"By acquiring the most new customers for both Interactive Intelligence contact center and enterprise deployments, as well as achieving the highest North American sales revenue, Adapt has again shown a unique ability to satisfy customers' communications technology needs enterprise-wide," said Paul Weber, Interactive Intelligence vice president of sales.
