In one demonstration, the companies will showcase the interactive application they have developed for executive suites at the Colorado Rapids soccer stadium. A screen providing footage of the game will enable fans to touch for access to coaching strategies through a connection to the coach's tablet as well as to real time player stats. This interactive solution can also drive commerce as fans can use the screen to make purchases from stadium vendors. Have a new favorite player Touch him on the screen as he is playing, order his jersey, and the vendor will deliver it to the suite. The second demonstration showcases a punching bag embedded with an RTX WiFi sensor which connects to 2lemetry's cloud application platform via Kontron's gateway. These technologies package performance information from the punching bag, render it through a user interface and send it back to the digital signage display. The application can perform updates of greater than 2000 per second, greatly enhancing user experience.
