By using the centralized translation management software platform from Across Systems, 1&1 said it has already shortened the turn-around time of projects, with 80,000 or more words, by up to 75 percent. The company said 1&1's subsidiary, GMX, has also recently started to implement the Across Language Server. To facilitate efficient localization of Website content and text, the Across Language Server is connected to its Web Content Management System, as well as to additional editing and Content Management Systems that are used for document creation.
