Bernd Ottow, Product Line Manager for CTI & Voice over IP Recording, has worked for ASC telecom AG since 2001. His current responsibilities include the product development process for design, management and integration of new CTI and VoIP recording products. He started at ASC as a software engineer, and in 2005, he was named Development Manager for the Voice over IP development team. Mr. Ottow also trained in a series of company departments to gain experience with customer relationships, requirements and market trends as well as business processes. This overview influenced his decision to focus on product strategy and future plans. Prior to joining ASC, Mr. Ottow received a graduate degree in electrical engineering and information technology. While there, he worked on software development and collaborated with ASC regarding its practical application.
